“Local” isn’t a word we slap on a label, it’s how we stay true to ourselves and our mission. It’s how we minimize our carbon footprint while supporting our community.

We distill with spring water from our farm, using wheat, rye and corn grown right here in the Hudson Valley by growers who are genuine partners. We are proud of these ingredients and make sure you can taste them. By distilling on the grain, our spirits yield a full body and a unique flavor that truly reflects time and place. That flavor showcases the Hudson Valley. It is our home. Arrowood Farm Distillery spirits are made with New York State ingredients and are never blended.

Time and Place

Terroir is how experts talk about wine and now beer as well. But what about spirits? Can’t spirits reflect a region and a harvest in their own way? We think so. A vodka soda made with Arrowood Farm Distillery Vodka tells a story about the Hudson Valley. Dry Gin

45% ABV | 375 + 750ml
Floral London-dry style gin is handcrafted in small batches. Made with local rye and wheat. Distilled on the grain. Showcasing honeysuckle, chamomile, rosehip, orris root, lemon thyme, coriander, bergamot and juniper.


45% ABV | 375 + 750ml
Aged in oak casks. Made with locally grown Wapsie Valley Heirloom Corn, Rye and Barley. One-of-a-kind single barrel bourbon made with 100% NYS ingredients.


40% ABV | 750ml
Beautifully simple: Water. Yeast. Grain. Arrowood’s vodka is handcrafted in small batches with local ingredients. Distilled from grain, on the grain.

Rye Whiskey

45% ABV | 375 + 750ml          Rye Whiskey made with all New York State ingredients and spring water from our farm. Aged for two years in new American white oak barrels.
