The Farm is our Foundation
Our Taproom and Brewery are located in Accord, NY on a 48 acre farm. Enjoy a pint with friends on our bluestone patio while taking in the view of our hop yard and listening to the buzzing bees of our apiary! Our taproom has over fifteen draft beers to choose from, and as trying them all will be hard – we recommended you fill up a growler or take some bottles and cans to-go!

About the Farm
There is so much to explore at the farm. Click on the items below to learn more.
The tasting room is also the home of our brewery. While visiting you will be amongst the brewing system, barrels, and fermentors. We do not offer organized tours but our knowledgable staff are happy to show you around.
Our roots are planted firmly in agriculture, pulling from our community’s rich tradition of cultivation and stewardship of the land. We grow many of our own ingredients on site and work closely with our neighboring farmers to produce what we don’t grow.
Our tasting room opens out onto the farm property where guests are able to wander amongst the native meadows, explore the hop yard, and bask in the sunshine while sipping a beer at one of our picnic tables.
Our open air pavilion provides the perfect shady spot to enjoy a beer. It is also available for private events and weddings.
We grow six varieties of hops to add aroma and bitterness to our beers. They make a triumphant climb up the 20 foot trellis, peak in mid-summer, and are a sight to be seen. Be sure to come check them out!
CHICKENS
Free Roaming Freedom Rangers! Our flock of freedom ranger chickens roam the grounds foraging for bugs. Their nitrogen rich waste makes a great additive to our compost pile.
PIGS
Oink! Heritage breed pigs frolic in the shady woods eating all of the spent grain from the brewing process as well as all of the leftover food compost.
Countless bees can be found buzzing about the farm pollinating our wildflowers and making honey. Their honey can be found for sale at the brewery and we have plans to utilize the honey in select beers!
Our sprawling grain field has a rotating crop that we use in brewing. Get a taste of our homegrown Danko Rye in the aptly named Danko-Rye Lager.
Raised-bed gardens overflow with herbs and vegetables that we use fresh and dried for brewing. A berry patch and fruiting orchard is in the works for this year!
